A quick way of getting a good amount of Couch Potato seeds is farming Splithoof Barbarians, located in Savarstaad Pass in Grizzleheim. After about 7-15 battles I have gotten a seed. It might not be the best drop rate but they have really low health and you can kill them really quickly with an aoe.
